For a precise quotation, we would like to kindly remind you to prepare these information listed below before you inquire:
1. Elevations, including front elevation, side elevation, and back elevation
2. Lay out
3. Perspective drawings
Additionally, please make sure all your drawings are accordant with the rules mentioned on latest construction manual published by the organizer-each exhibition has their own house rule and they could change the rule every time; therefore, the best way to ensure if your drawings are updated is to ask your designer to check what mentioned above again.
Furthermore, please inform us your chosen materials for your signs, branding, rental furniture or/and electronics, and wall paper(for woodwork structure) as well.
Last but not least, please understand that the total price on the quotation could be different from the requested total price on the invoice, because we would charge base on your finalized production drawings and if any additional requests from the client after giving out the quotation.
